LVRA proposes selling off some of the Broxbourne Leisure Pool site for residental housing
The LRVA confirmed at a recent meeting that it proposed selling off part of the former Lido site for residential housing, and was starting discussions with Broxbourne Borough Council. This is a real change from previous proposals as Broxbourne's previous Brief for the site had stressed that a residential development would not act as a reasonable substitution for the loss of a community leisure use....

Lee Valley proposes sale of part of former Leisure Pool Site for housing
Application for four residential terraced units at rear of Police Station site; in principle agreement for 39 unit block
Updated plans have been submitted for the land at the rear of the former Police Station, proposing four three storey, three bedroom units. Outline permission is requested for the demolition of the existing Police Station and the erection of 39 residential flats in its place; no further details (including drawings of what the new building might look like) have been provided....
